We usually same day if you order by noon PST*

*We cannot ship same day if your order includes yarn winding.

Business days are Monday thru Friday excluding US holidays.

Red Beauty Textiles offers Free Shipping on all US orders.  No minimum purchase required. 

I will ship the cheapest way available at my discretion.  If you are choosing the Free Shipping or Flat Rate option at checkout, please make sure that delivery is to a physical address.  Some carriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes or rural General Delivery and this will delay your order while we sort the details.

If you desire your order more quickly, please choose a faster shipping service at checkout at regular price.

Sales tax?  I cover all US sales taxes.

When will my items get to me?

We ship fast same business day if you order by noon PST.  Next business day otherwise.  
Your items will be shipped by USPS or UPS.  Please note that carriers do not guarantee these times.  If your order is time sensitive, please choose overnight shipment at checkout.

  • Priority Mail: 2-4 days
  • Priority Mail Express: next business day
  • Parcel Select Standard Post: 2-10 days
  • UPS Ground or Air - please see checkout page for estimated times

What about insurance?

All packages are guaranteed to arrive in good shape.  For your convenience I insure with a third party carrier.  Any damaged packages please contact me and save all packaging (box, envelope, padding).  I may ask you to take photos or cooperate with insurer.

What countries do you ship to?

At this time, Red Beauty Textiles only ships to United States.

What about taxes, customs, and VAT?

Entry fees to your country are your responsibility.  Red Beauty Textiles collects no customs fees, VAT, or GST.  Your package may be delayed while your government endeavors to collect taxes.  Packages returned due to non-payment of entry taxes will be refunded minus postage costs.  Thanks for your understanding.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel contact me immediately.  If your order has shipped I will not be able to cancel. Please contact me with any concerns.
