Where is all the yarn?
Sadly Covid-19 and the war in Ukraine has impacted some of the yarn supply chain. Many yarn manufacturers are slammed with orders and fibers like linen produced in Eastern Europe are delayed. If you don't see the full range of colors or a particular style this may be the case. If you have a yarn style/color that you're particularly interested in, shoot me an email (email@example.com) or use the contact form. I can get more information or possibly order. Thanks for your understanding.
I made a mistake, can I cancel my order?
Maybe. If you've made a purchase by mistake send me a note immediately. If I've already shipped your purchase I will not be able to cancel, sorry.
Do you wind yarn?
Sorry, I am no longer winding yarn.
What if I order a quantity of yarn? How can I be sure you won't send mixed dye lots?
I always send same dye lots. If I do not have enough of the same dye lot to fulfill your order I will contact you by email. The exceptions will be in the case of yarn that does not have dye lots, like Malabrigo or Manos del Uruguay. If I cannot find reasonable matching skeins I will contact you.
What types of payment do you accept?
Red Beauty Textiles uses Paypal, major Credit Cards, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Facebook Pay for all order processing. You can also use your credit card with Paypal without having a Paypal account. You can also arrange to pay with a personal check drawn on a U.S. bank or a money order/bank draft. Contact me and we'll arrange the details.
